Save This Life microchip company has shuttered its doors without warning and apparently the microchips they sold are no longer searchable on national databases. We are sorry that we put our trust in a company that would behave this way but these events are out of our control. On the positive side, the microchips are still fully functional and read correctly on all scanners. You will need to re register your pet’s microchip with another microchip registry. There are many choices available. We are recommending either 24PetWatch for a free registration option or HomeAgain for a small fee.
We will be switching to HomeAgain microchips and I have been assured by the company that if any owners of pets with Save This Life microchips wish to re register with HomeAgain they will discount the normal fee of $19.99.
