Doctor of Veterinary Medicine
Portia Franks grew up in Oxford, MS. She went on to Mississippi State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science. She graduated from Mississippi State College of Veterinary Medicine in 1995. She currently lives in Tupelo, MS with her husband, Mitch, and their 3 children and 3 fur kids. She is a member of St. James Catholic Church in Tupelo, MS. She enjoys spending time with family, baking, reading, going on hikes and all things Disney.
